ST Lighthouse Soft Skills Academy is a training unit under Soldo Media & Services Co., Ltd.
The academy was founded by Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Sơn – Master of Arts, MC, Broadcaster, Lecturer, and CEO, currently affiliated with the Foreign Trade University and Vietnam Television.

True to its name, ST Lighthouse serves as a beacon of guidance and confidence, with a mission to help students achieve their dreams and become more confident in communication and public speaking. Over nearly six years of operation, the academy has organized hundreds of courses on soft skills, communication, presentation, as well as event and television hosting (MC), serving more than 3,000 students, most of whom are high school and university students.

The academy provides students with both fundamental and specialized knowledge in MC training, along with skills in presentation and communication. It also offers a dynamic learning environment, enthusiastic instructors, and supportive activities. With tuition starting from only 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 VND, students can enroll in a professional training course at ST Lighthouse.

Many MCs trained at ST Lighthouse have gone on to achieve their first successes on television channels and various stages, including Bảo Ngọc, Sơn Tùng, Thu Phương, Diện Đàm, Xuân Hiếu, Kỳ Duyên, La Thành, Phạm Hoàng Long, Mỹ Linh, Hoàng Long, Tiến Đông, and others.
